Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Kiln Tales. Each piece in our collection is crafted in the tradition of Jingdezhen kilns — we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.

Returns Due to the fragile nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at kilntales@echosearch.co within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged in Transit If your item arrives broken, please photograph the packaging and the damaged item immediately and contact us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

International Orders & Customs We ship internationally. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country's regulations. For most orders shipped to the United States under $800 USD, no import duties apply. Canadian and EU customers may be subject to local taxes upon delivery. Kiln Tales is not responsible for delays or costs related to customs clearance.

Non-Returnable Items Collectible and limited-edition pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
