Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are carefully inspected and packed before shipment. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. Customized and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Destinations We primarily ship to the United States and Canada. We also ship internationally; however, international customers outside North America are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are collected by your local customs authority.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Other international destinations: 15–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or remote locations. Kiln Tales is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via reputable international carriers. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Fragile Items & Packaging Every piece is individually wrapped and packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for next steps.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
VAT & Import Taxes Kiln Tales is a small business registered in Estonia and does not collect or remit VAT. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country's regulations. For most orders shipped to the United States under $800 USD, no import duties apply. Canadian and EU customers may be subject to local taxes upon delivery.
